Miwoo holds zero liability for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
Privacy Policy - the basics
Having said that, a privacy policy is a statement that discloses some or all of the ways a website collects, uses, discloses, processes, and manages the data of its visitors and customers. All imagery, text, branding assets, and client review materials published on our channels are legally protected under Australian Copyright Law. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, scraping, or misuse of Miwoo Australia’s images or content by third parties or competitors will face immediate legal action for copyright infringement.

What to include in the Privacy Policy
Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
STRICT REFUND & RETREATMENT RESTRICTIONS: Once a consultation, professional skin evaluation, or clinical treatment has been successfully performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including personal change of mind, subjective dissatisfaction with natural healing processes, or minor variances in individual skin responses. Complimentary touch-ups, revisions, or additional treatments will not be provided for personal reasons, scheduling shifts, or failure to adhere to prescribed home-care guidelines.
